Guru brahma, guru vishnu
guru devo maheshwarah
guru sakshat parabrahma
thasme sri guruve namaha
Mathru devo bhava, pithru devo bhava
guru devo bhava, adththi devo bhavo
Om bhur bhuvahsvah
tat savitur varenyam
bhargo devasya dhimahi
dhiyo yonah prachodayat

Prayer-1
Give me this day, Oh God
The energy I need to face my work;
The diligence I need to do it well;
The self-discipline, which will make me work just as hard, even if there
Be none to see, and none to praise, and none to blame;
The self-respect which will not stoop to produce anything which is less than my best;
The courtesy and the consideration, which will make me easy to live with and easy to work with.
So help me to live today that I may make this world a happier place wherever I may be.
Prayer-2
Oh, God ! Educate our eyes to see you in all faces;
To behold the Unity of self in all beings;
Educate our tongue to sing Thy praises;
And to utter pleasant, loving and truthful words;
Educate our hands to do charity and serve the needy;
Educate our minds to be always cheerful and calm.
Prayer-3
Oh God, give me patience all through today.
Give me patience with my work so that I may work at a job until I finish it, or get it right,
no matter how difficult or how boring it may be.
Give me patience with people, so that, I will not become irritated,
annoyed or lose my temper with them.
Give me patience with life, so that, I may not give up hope,
when hopes are long in coming true;
So that, I may accept disappointments without bitterness,
and delays without complaints.
Prayer-4
O’ God, our father, bless us and keep us all through today,
In our homes, make us kind and considerate ever trying to
make the work of others easier and not harder
In our dealings with our fellow men, make us courteous and kind
In our dealings with our ourselves, make us ever to remember you
God, make us see that in you we live and move and have our being
Prayer-5
Eternal God, creator of all, I firmly believe that I am now in your presence
I adore your divine majesty, and I ask of you to enlighten my mind, that I may
know you more clearly, and to move my heart,
that I may love you above all things, and my neighbor for your sake.

We give you thanks, Almighty God, for all the benefits you have conferred upon us
O’ my God, I love you with my whole heart and
I pray that you would bless me with wisdom and knowledge
