CO SCHOLASTIC EDUCATION

Co-Scholastic Subjects at Indian Educational School

At Indian Educational School, we believe that education extends far beyond textbooks. Our Co-Scholastic Curriculum is thoughtfully designed to nurture creativity, self-expression, and confidence in every learner.

From Kindergarten to Grade 4, students engage in Art, Craft, Music, and Dance as a mandatory part of their weekly schedule. These activities provide a joyful outlet for imagination and help in developing fine motor skills, rhythm, and aesthetic appreciation at an early age.

From Grade 5 onwards, students are encouraged to choose any one of these disciplines—Art, Craft, Music, or Dance—based on their individual interest and aptitude. This choice fosters ownership of learning and allows students to explore their talents in depth.

Each co-scholastic subject is facilitated by trained experts and specialists who bring professional experience and passion to their teaching. Through their guidance, students gain both technical skills and a lifelong appreciation for the arts.

At IES, we view these subjects as vital components of holistic education—enriching the mind, body, and spirit, and preparing our students to thrive creatively and confidently in every sphere of life.
