Meeting Details

  • Date: Thursday, November 20, 2025
  • Time: 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Purpose: To review your child’s performance, share feedback, and strengthen the partnership between home and school.
  • Feedback Form: A feedback form will be provided during the meeting. We encourage you to share your thoughts and suggestions to help us enhance the learning environment for all students.

Guidelines for a Smooth Meeting

  1. Adhere to Your Time Slot: To ensure a timely and efficient process, please attend the meeting during your assigned time slot.
  2. Stay Focused: Kindly keep discussions brief and focused on key academic and co-curricular matters to allow adequate time for all families.

Greetings from the Indian Educational School!

CBSE, in partnership with IBM, is launching the third edition of ‘Future Tech Olympiad 4.0’ to provide students an opportunity to assess their understanding of future technologies while inspiring them to learn and gain a deeper understanding of ethical and productive use of technology. The Future Tech Olympiad is a dynamic initiative by 1M1B, supported by IBM, aimed at testing students’ understanding and awareness of cutting-edge technologies that are shaping our future. The Olympiad aims to prepare the next generation by inspiring and challenging them to embrace and lead in a tech-driven world, by serving as a launchpad for students to explore the endless possibilities of the digital age and become pioneers of innovation. This year, they are expanding the scope to include even more exciting opportunities for students to engage with the latest advancements in technology, such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Digital Citizenship.

 

The Future Tech Olympiad will enable you to:

• Gain knowledge and exposure

• Acquire Future Tech skills

• Compete nationally

• Earn recognition and rewards

• Boost morale & confidence                              

• Become future-ready

 

Test Mode: Online

Eligible classes:

  • For Classes 7 and 8: 40 questions, 30 minutes
  • For Classes 9 and 11: 60 questions, 45 minutes

Tentative Date: November 27, 2025

Topics:

  • Digital Citizenship
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning
  • Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR)
  • Blockchain and Internet of Things (IoT)
  • Cybersecurity and Data Privacy
  • Sustainability and Green Technology
  • Robotics and Automation
  • Cloud Computing and Data Analytics

Students can refer to    https://bit.ly/1m1bsbstudents   for resources. Please find attached the detailed syllabus and the method to navigate through the learning resources.

The exam will be conducted during school hours. Interested students can fill out the Google form attached below on or before 12 November 2025, 7:00 p.m.

Future Tech Olympiad 2025-26

(Kindly note that if siblings are registering for the exam, they must give separate mail IDs).

The exam is mandatory for the Grade 11 Computer Science and Informatics students.

We are pleased to inform you that the school is organizing the Annual Art Competition 2025 for the primary section on 28th October 2025. The aim of this event is to encourage and celebrate the creativity of our young artists.

Details by Grade:

  • Grades 1 & 2: Topic – Flowers & Butterflies
  • Grades 3, 4 & 5: Topics will be announced on the day of the competition.

Materials: 

  • Students may use color pencils, crayons, or oil pastels.
  • Drawing paper will be provided by the school.

To ensure smooth and effective interactions, please follow the time slots allocated based on your ward’s roll number:

Roll Nos. 1 to 10 – 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Roll Nos. 11 to 20 – 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Roll Nos. 21 to 30 – 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

To ensure smooth interaction, kindly follow these guidelines:

  • Stick to your time slot:  Please make sure to meet the teachers during the time slot assigned to you to avoid any inconvenience.

As this meeting comes after the Half-Yearly Examinations, its main purpose is to review the performance of our students, analyse the results, and together frame a concrete action plan to help them excel in the forthcoming Annual Examinations.

The recent results remind us that while progress has been made, greater focus and effort are still required. This PTM is therefore a vital opportunity to pause, reflect, and realign our strategies. Kindly consider this interaction a top priority. Missing this meeting would mean missing one of the most crucial opportunities to join hands with us in shaping a focused and determined path for your ward’s success.
