Continuous Professional Development Program for Teachers

At Bhavans Middle East, we believe that the growth of our students is deeply rooted in the continuous learning and development of our teachers. To ensure this, the school has established a comprehensive Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Program that provides regular opportunities for reflection, collaboration, and skill enhancement.

Weekly faculty meetings are conducted in the presence of the Principal, Vice Principals, and Heads of Departments. During these sessions, teachers review the work accomplished during the week, discuss upcoming plans, and coordinate departmental programs scheduled for the following week. This consistent dialogue fosters teamwork, transparency, and a shared vision for academic excellence.

At the departmental level, simulated classes are conducted every Saturday. These sessions allow teachers to exchange best practices, observe innovative teaching methods, and refine their instructional strategies in a supportive environment.

Each term, online faculty meetings are held for the Heads of Departments across Bhavans Middle East. These collaborative meetings focus on academic matters such as assessment procedures, result analysis, subject-wise competitions, and co-curricular activities, ensuring consistency and quality across all branches.

Our teachers also actively participate in Capacity Building Programs (CBPs) organized by the CBSE and other reputed institutions. These programs are designed to enrich the teaching-learning experience, enhance pedagogical skills, and keep educators updated with the latest educational trends and methodologies.

Furthermore, the school continuously conducts enrichment programs led by the Chairman, Principal, Vice Principals, Heads of Departments, and expert resource persons from various fields.
